Mentor matching

Experienced survivors walking with you

Mentor applications are open. Matching begins once our first volunteers are trained and verified. Here’s how it works, safely.

1. You opt in

Choose the journeys, language and time zone you’d like. You never have to share a diagnosis.

2. Vetted mentors

Mentors are trained volunteers with identity checks for the mentor role, clear boundaries and regular renewal.

3. Supervised introduction

Your first conversations happen on Survivor.com with staff oversight. No one will ask you to move off-platform.

4. Rematch anytime

Not the right fit? Ask for a new match, or block, at any time. Mentors share experience, never medical advice.

Ask for a mentor

What would you like support with?

Our team suggests a mentor, the mentor accepts, and then you can message on Survivor.com. Our team can see mentor chats to keep everyone safe. You can end the match anytime.
